It is a fantastic new apartment for 12 people, luxury,with swimming pool, all exterior, very bright, 125m square,air conditioning in all rooms and dining room,accessible,fully equipped with appliances,WIFI, satellite, dvd,furniture, 2 sofas, 4 double bedrooms, 1 king size double bed, another double bed,and 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers,a terrace of 10m square.The Olympic Village I is 3'walk from the beach,and 20' walk from the Born, Ramblas, Centro,being its strategic location.The bus is 1'walk and the Ciutadells metro 3' walk.It has a 2-minute walk to a Shopping Center with Cinemas in V.O.The apartment has the license of the town hall,no parties allowed.The price includes gas, water, electricity, sheets and a shower for each guest. The price does not include the tourist tax: 4.40€/day/adult >17 years that will have to be paid when you get to the apartment.From 1 April 2023,the tourist tax will be 5.5€ per person per day for people over 17 years old.
If parking is desired, there is the possibility to 30€ per night. Parties are not allowed. Only 1 child under 3 years old is accepted for free. Late check in/out : 9pm-11pm: 25€ Late check in/out: 11pm-1am: 45€ If the apartment is used later than 11am on the day of checkout,it will be charged at 75€ for each hour used .From 1 April 2022,the tourist tax will be 4.4€ per person per day for people over 17 years oldFrom 1 April 2023,the tourist tax will be 5.5€ per person per day for people over 17 years old.
